Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Cloudform OÜ processes personal data received through cloudform.ee and its contact form.

When you use the contact form, we may receive your name, e-mail address, company name, telephone number, enquiry type and the information you include in your message.
3. Why we process it
We use contact-form information to review and respond to business enquiries, communicate about potential cooperation and, where relevant, take steps requested before entering into a business relationship.
The legal basis will normally be our legitimate interest in responding to business communications and, where applicable, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
4. Contact-form service and international transfers
Cloudform uses Web3Forms, operated by Web3Creative, to receive and transmit website contact-form submissions. Under the Web3Forms Data Processing Agreement, Cloudform acts as controller and Web3Creative acts as processor for form-submission data.
Web3Creative and its authorised sub-processors may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where an international transfer mechanism is required for transfers from the EEA, the Web3Forms Data Processing Agreement incorporates the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses under Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914.

Please do not submit passwords, payment credentials, identity documents, health information or other sensitive information through the website form.
5. Retention
Cloudform keeps business enquiries only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the enquiry, evaluate potential cooperation and meet applicable legal requirements. If an enquiry develops into a business relationship, relevant correspondence may be retained as part of the business record for the period required by applicable law.
Web3Forms states that submission data is subject to a physical time-to-live of three years, while customers may configure shorter retention settings where available.
6. Recipients
Personal data may be accessible to Cloudform personnel and service providers where access is necessary for communication, hosting or form delivery. We do not sell contact-form data.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion or restriction, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where applicable, you may also have a right to data portability.
You may contact us at info@cloudform.ee. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
8. Cookies and analytics
The current version of cloudform.ee does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The website does not require a cookie-consent banner for its current functionality.
9. Changes
We may update this notice if the website functionality or our service providers change. The current version is effective from 28 September 2026.
